    Issuer code EDVI, offerer ATILLA GROUP d.o.o. Sarajevo, security code EDVIRK1 bid price (BAM) 0,12 accepted volume 143.302. According to the Desicion issued by the Securities Commission of FBiH, No: 04/1-19-47/18 dated February 28, 2018, a forbidding measure has been determined for transfer of 71694 shares security code EDVIRK1, deposited during the takeover bid. Based to the stated Decision, within the registration system of the Registry of Securities of the FB&H, 71608 shares have been transferred onto the offeror, and the takeover bid for taking over the offeree company ENERGOINVEST-DVI DD SARAJEVO has been completed.
